What’s your return policy?

We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of shipment for orders shipped within the US. However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please let us know at hello@pakreve.com.

If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped separately. Please don't combine returns, shipping label may not cover postage. Please note, all sale items are final sale. sale items cannot be exchanged. 

How do you return an item?

Email us at hello@pakreve.com and we will issue you a return label. Please include your order number and reason for return in your correspondence.

How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $150. 

Orders are fulfilled within 2-3 days of order placement. You will receive an email when your PAK order is fulfilled, and once your order ships. Shipping costs are dependent on delivery preferences chosen at check out. 

Shipping payments are not refundable and PAK Rêve is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, theft, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.

How do I clean my PAK bag?

Empty the bag. Pour a bit of liquid soap into a bowl of tepid water, stirring until it becomes frothy. Immerse a soft towel, microfiber cloth, or lint-free fabric into the soapy mixture. Carefully clean the surface of the bag. Make sure to avoid leather, hardware, or zippers. Then air dry. Avoid using artificial sources of heat such as hair dryers or heaters, and refrain from placing it in direct sunlight.
